It takes me three months to put up all 26 Christmas trees in my house – trolls say it’s ‘ridiculous’

A WOMAN who has 26 Christmas trees in her house has admitted it takes her three months to put them up.

Mel is such a huge fan of the festive season that she goes all out when it comes to decorating her home.

Each tree has a different theme, and she starts decorating on 1st September.

"Finally got all my trees up. I have 26 fully decorated trees," she wrote alongside pictures of the trees on The Magical Holidays of Christmas & Winter Facebook group.

Among the trees Mel shared pictures of was a candy cane themed one, a red and green one, a white and silver one and a Grinch one.

People were quick to comment on the post, with one asking: "How long does it take you to put them up?

"And do you have a favourite one? They are all beautiful!"

"I started decorating September 1st and I just finished," Mel replied.

"I don't think I could pick a favourite, I love all the different themes."

"All are beautiful. The Grinch tree is absolutely adorable," another commented.

"WOW!!! You could open your own Christmas store. Awesome!" a third wrote.

"Omgosh, you're my hero! I thought I had a lot with 6. This is a dream!" someone else commented.

"Omg, you are insane! But the awesome kind of insane, everything is beautiful!" another wrote.

"It takes me 26 days just to fluff only one tree!!! I applaud you...They are beautiful!" someone else laughed.

But others insisted the Christmas getup was far too much for them.

"I wish I had the time and energy to do this. They’re all beautiful," one wrote.

"I love them all but I wish I had your patience," another added.

"I’m struggling getting to one big one. I’m bored with it and complain!"

"Looks brilliant," a third commented.

"But how can you even be bothered to decorate all those trees!

"I can’t even be bothered to do one!"

"They are stunning, I'm tired after 1," someone else wrote.

"I'm exhausted thinking about this," another sighed.

As someone else commented: "I really have to unjoin this group. 26 trees is so ridiculous."
