Anton Danyluk reveals body transformation after being left ‘broken’ and ‘drowning in alcohol’ after Love Island
ANTON Danyluk has revealed his incredible body transformation – just in time for Love Island All Stars.
The 29-year-old will be entering the villa in South Africa in just a matter of days and is in the best shape of his life after being left ‘broken’ following his first time on the show.
Sharing a before and after picture, as he plugged his own fitness plan, Anton explained why he had decided to work on his appearance.
He wrote: “THIS ONE WAS PERSONAL 👊
“On the left, a man broken, lost, drowning in alcohol, and mentally at his lowest. On the right, behold the man – four months sober, radiating confidence, clear in direction, and rediscovered. What sparked this incredible change? The power of a decision.”
The star continued: “As I marked my 29th birthday in September, I vowed a 110% commitment to every part of my life. This isn’t just about transforming my body; it’s a profound life change.

Anton shot to fame during series five of Love Island in 2019.
While in the villa he coupled up with Belle Hassan and they dated for five weeks after the show before splitting.
He has been very honest about his struggle with body images since being on the show.
He revealed he was bullied at school for being overweight and told how he starved himself for days while at school.
And he wore a black bin bag under his clothes before running as far as he could on a treadmill in a desperate bid to lose weight.
Anton admitted: “I still struggle. I’m so critical with myself and never satisfied with how I look.
"So I have tried to cut back on posting those types of photos online.”
On this series of Love Island he will join campaigner Georgia Harrison and YouTuber Kaz Kamwi, TV personalities Chris Taylor and Georgia Steel and semi-professional footballer Toby Aromolaran.
Hannah Elizabeth and Luis Morrison from the first series, Demi Jones from the sixth and Jake Cornish from the seventh are also among the batch of hopefuls hoping that second time is a charm.
