The Gardeners' World star, 68, has taken to social media to show off damage to his property.
Monty revealed to fans how the heavy downpour had caused flooding at his house.
Taking to social media, the horticulturist captured the aftermath of the damage.
He told his followers: "Occasionally I happen to mention on GW - usually on a lovely summers day -how wet Longmeadow can be, especially in winter when we don't film. I rest my case."

One said: "Wow Monty, very waterlogged today in Longmeadow."
A second posted: "Hoping that doesn't extend any further! Have you ever had water in the house Monty?"
"No gardening for you for a while. I was trying to do some yesterday but my lawns is boggy and I’m it’s turning it to mud," said a third.
While a fourth commented: "Wow that’s pretty close to the building you're in, get your waders at the ready."
Thankfully it seems the flooding did not reach Monty's house, which sits on a two acre plot.
His post comes as Brits face a "danger to life" warning over 80mph winds and floods.
The disruptive weather has seen multiple rivers burst their banks and train services have been brought to a standstill as Storm Henk batters the Midlands.
