I lost 150 lbs by eating the same lunch every day – it’s so quick and easy to make using Costco buys
A FITNESS fan has shared the go-to meal she ate for lunch every day that helped her lose 150 lbs.
The dish was quick and easy to make and consisted of affordable Costco buys.
Exercise enthusiast Emma (@emmaa.getsfitt) lost over 150 lbs naturally without surgery through proper nutrition and dedication.
She showed viewers in a TikTok video the easy lunch that she ate for several years to achieve her current figure.
"If you're on a weight loss journey and you're looking for something quick, easy and simple, I got you," she said.
Emma stood in her kitchen as she walked viewers through how she made her recommended weight loss meal.
She first got a "good size" bowl and filled it with a pre-made salad kit from Costco.
She dumped all of the contents, including the "extra bits," also known as the toppings, but didn't use all of the dressing.
Next, she topped it off with pre-cooked chicken, also from Costco.
Emma made a point to state that she doesn't count calories and just puts in how much chicken she feels at the time.
"I could eat chicken every single day for the rest of my life," she said.
Because salads are "typically high-volume," they usually have lower calories but wil still fill you up.
Many viewers were familiar with the meal, while others appreciated the advise.
"Hahaha watching this while eating my lunch and I'm literally eating a salad kit and chicken," one commented.
"I've wanted to lose weight for years and I always fall off. I lost 50 lbs and put it back on. This just motivated me," another added.
"Ohhhh yes, Costco for the win around here too," a woman wrote.
"I live by these salad kits! 600 cals for a full bag with all of the toppings. I usually add a 4-ounce to 6-ounce piece of salmon and it always gets the job done," a TikTok user shared.
