Afsennah (@afsennah) shared the video with over 840,000 TikTok followers.

The trichologist, an expert on scalp and hair health, decided to take matters into her own hands when she realized how unhappy she was with her hair condition.

She explained that before she incorporated the product into her routine, her hair was much thinner and flatter.

"It looked like this so I invested my own routine," she said, sharing photos of her long, thin hair when she was younger.

She revealed that she started rolling her scalp once a week as well as going in with a custom hair growth solution.

The most crucial part was the cling wrap, $2, she used to wrap her hair in plastic to prevent the oils from drying out.

After her hair was properly wrapped, she left the solution on her scalp for four hours and rinsed.

With repeat sessions, she said the routine brought life-changing results to her strands.

People took to the comments to share their thoughts on her advice.

"I’ve lost all my hair as I’m going through chemotherapy. Will have to try it out when I’m in remission!!" said one excited commenter.

Others were shocked at the dramatic results the simple routine provided.

"Best hair transformation I've seen," said one shocked viewer.
