LOVE Island All Stars has the nation gripped as the show's unlucky-in-love alumni bid for a second stab at romance.
Yet with faces from the ITV2 matchmaking show's first series through to the 2023 instalment in the official cast line-up, the singletons are bound to have re-vamped their appearance through the years.
Here we take a look at the Love Island All Stars who cut a very different figure in the villa second time around.
Hannah Elizabeth
The series one beauty has candidly admitted to forking out £20K in search of the perfect "Bratz doll" inspired makeover.
The Liverpudlian lass has been paired with Anton in the first coupling up of the series, and confidently showed off her new look in a neon green bikini as she strode into the South Africa villa.
Hannah, 33, told the Mirror: "Hair extensions, colour, I’ve been in the gym. Everything I could have done I’ve done it. New lashes, new nails. I’m as prepped as I could be.

"Everyone on Instagram has gone very neutral and clean. I just want to bring back Hollywood glamour, the very over the top glamour because that’s what I love."
She opted for her first boob job aged 20 before her entry into the villa in 2015.
Anton Danyluk
The Scottish singleton, 28, is famed for his mum shaving his bum - but his facial tweaks have left fans equally stunned.
The 2019 show star was accused by fans of having cosmetic surgery in 2021 and even admits himself that he "looked terrible".
In an exclusive chat with The Sun he told that his face had changed down to his new pass-time.
Anton claimed that bodybuilding was the spark - suggesting that adding "bulk" was the cause.
He said to us: "To be honest, I absolutely agree with what everyone was saying [about surgery] by the way.
"I looked terrible. I look back at photos of myself and think, ‘Why did I do that?’
"But when I cut the weight, I knew I would look back to my old self."
Molly Smith
Molly, 29, made a sensational entrance into the Love Island All Stars villa - and was met by ex Callum Jones.
The pair, who lived together in Manchester and shared a dog, met in the 2020 series but shocked fans when they split last year.
The influencer and trainee PT once vowed never to have surgery - but last year showed off the results of her "perfect" boob job in a pink bikini.
In November 2021, Molly underwent the procedure to increase her boobs to a larger size with Transform Hospital Group.
In December, fans told how the star was barely recognisable after her 2021 show stint.
A year later, she insisted: "I’ve never had anything done to my face."
Georgia Steel
Georgia, 25, has been outspoken about surgery, exclusively telling The Sun back in 2019 she would never get cosmetic surgery.
She told The Sun she was saddened by the “changing faces” of the 2018 cast.
At the time, she said: "I may just be old school but it is sad when I look at certain people. It is a real shame; it really makes me feel sad. I won’t be having anything done, I’m too young."
She was then forced to clap back at fans who accused her of a secret nose job.
Back in 2020 - Georgia did open up about having a procedure on her face, which she insisted was "non-surgical".
