I’d choose my vibrator over sex with husband any day… he thinks we have earth-moving romps but he’s never made me orgasm
BRITS will be rushing home to their loved ones tonight - with more than a third of us looking forward to an evening of passion.
The Sun's exclusive Valentine's Day survey revealed 38 per cent of us are expecting sex on the most romantic day of the year - while nearly seven in ten will introduce a sex toy into the mix.
Lucy Entwistle is among those looking forward to a buzz thrill - but for her, February 14 is no different to any other day.
The gymnastics teacher, 36, from Darwen, Blackburn, admits she regularly uses sex toys in secret - because her husband has never made her orgasm.
She tells The Sun: “I love my husband with all my heart. We’ve been married for 18 months and had a whirlwind romance.
"Our marriage is perfect, except he can’t make me orgasm.
"I still enjoy sex with him because I love him and it helps bring us together, but I have to secretly use a sex toy to get me over the finishing line."
Lucy admits she "doesn't have the heart" to tell her husband that he can’t make her orgasm, so she often fakes it.
"I know, I know, this is the worst thing a woman can do but sometimes it’s a necessary evil," she adds.
"He puts a lot of effort into our love making - and his performance - and thinks it’s earth-moving sex.
"I don’t have the heart to tell him otherwise. I don’t want to hurt his feelings."
Instead, Lucy regularly sneaks off to the bathroom after they've made love and uses her buzzing friend in secret.
"Other times I’ll wait until he goes out with the boys," she says.
"I have a secret stash of my favourite toys in my top drawer, and he’s none the wiser.
"I don’t think I’m the only woman who does this. A lot of my mates do the same.
"We’ve all joked that we’ll be spending Valentine’s Day with our most loyal and trusted partner - our vibrator.”
