Taking to his Instagram Stories on Friday, the reality took some time to answer a few questions asked by his 155k followers.

Addressing his relationship status, Luke wrote: "I'm dating someone."

He also explained his absence from the second reunion, stating: "The simple answer is I had a falling out with the producers/channel due to the edit, and trust was lost.

"I'm sure my name would have been mentioned though."

It comes after the star announced he had split from show partner Jay in November.

The pair were one of the strongest partnerships on the E4 show for the bulk of the latest series.

However, they were forced to leave the experiment after Luke and Jordan Gayle came to blows.

Luke and Jay were keen to make a go of their relationship on the outside, but their romance failed to stand the test of time.

Jay then made a solo appearance on the show's reunion to discuss their relationship, as Luke was banned from attending.

The Lancashire native confirmed that the pair had split, telling her co-stars: "He literally basically just said, like, we are better off just being friends.

"I asked him what he wanted, but he couldn't answer the question."

Following the episode airing, Luke took to Instagram to share about his experience on the show, revealing that he needed counselling after reaching "one of the lowest points" of his life after the reunion.

He said: "So after this reunion I cut myself off as I was at one of the lowest points of my life.

"I had to go to counselling for weeks to recover from MAFS as I lost myself and I didn't know who I was anymore.

"Since MAFS started airing I have had hate including death threats and it's not acceptable.

"Whether you love me or hate me there is no need for scummy comments to me or any of the other cast.

"I will talk about my experience and why reality TV is toxic in the coming weeks to spread awareness to others wanting to take part."
