‘Come for me Karens’ goads mum as she insists she wears what she wants and won’t give up crop tops because she has kids
A MUM has challenged haters to "come at her" over her outfits as she insisted she wears what she wants.
Courtney Ryrie is originally from Scotland but now lives in Florida and has two young sons, Kolsyn and Hudsyn.
The mum regularly shares parenting tips and her family life on TikTok (@scottishcourt) where she boasts almost 21,000 followers.
In a recent video, she spoke out about her fashion choices and urged other parents not to change their style just because they have kids.
Modelling a crop top and shorts in the clip, she said: "So opinions on mums wearing certain clothes.
"Personally I feel that it shouldn't matter that you are a mother, you should be able to wear whatever you want.
"It's your body therefore your choice.
"Come for me Karens."
Courtney's post immediately had other mums talking in her comments section.
One said: "Half the time I’m a moomoo mom half the time I’m a crop top mom at school drop off you never know what you’re getting"
"Sounds like me mama", replied Courtney.
Another chimed in: "Idc what anyone wears as long as they happy and confident shouldn’t matter what others think."
Meanwhile, a third wrote: "Just because you had kids doesn’t mean you have to look a certain way, you just be you and wear what you want.
"You had a kid, doesn’t mean your life stops and you can’t wear things."
The outfit debate comes after Courtney revealed that she stepped foot in Primark for the first time in a decade earlier this year.
And she hailed the store for continuing its bargain prices after picking up a huge haul.
She said: "It was a very exciting day for me going to Primark.
"She added: "I've missed it so much.
"Primark is primarily a store in the UK. I've not been to one in over 10 and a half years so I was buzzing to go."
"But I still think the UK one is superior", she admitted.
