So this is a test of self-respect as much as anything for United and despite a couple of decent Liverpool chances, Ruben Amorim's men are at least showing some pride.

A beautiful lofted cross from Salah is perfect for the late run into the area of the former Brighton midfielder, and his first-time effort on the half-volley clatters into the legs of the United goalkeeper.
