"We're with IDMobile, which uses the Three network," one wrote.
"We can't make or receive calls. Anyone else?"
A second chimed in: "The mobile network three is having issues unable to make or receive calls."
Thousands of customers have been reporting issues with their service, including with their mobile internet and signal.
Problems were first reported on January 23.
