Emergency services raced to Lovett Avenue, in Oldbury, around 4pm where they battled to save the young teen's life.

Tragically, Jahziah was pronounced dead at the scene.

Both suspects, who cannot be named because of their ages, were arrested on Sunday.

West Midlands Police also cuffed a man in his 40s who has since been charged with assisting an offender.

Flowers, candles and teddies were left in tribute outside the semi-detached home last week.

Jahziah’s family are now being supported by specialist officers.

His heartbroken mum today paid tribute to her "loving" son.

She said: “Jahziah was a very polite, kind and family-orientated young man.

“He was very loving and always smiling. His smile would light up the room. He was very kind-hearted.”

All three charged will appear at Birmingham Magistrates' Court on Tuesday.

The force are not looking for anyone else as part of their investigation.

Cops are urging anyone with information to come forward and help them with their investigation.
