I’m a wellness expert and nearly 60 – my biggest anti-ageing hack is using a cheap cupboard ingredient as skincare
A WELLNESS expert in her late fifties has revealed that her biggest anti-ageing hack is using an everyday household item as part of her skincare routine.
Vicky Derosa, 59, shared the tip on her TikTok channel, where she often shares advice on skincare and weight loss to her 200,000 followers.
In one video, the skincare pro said: "The billion dollar anti-ageing industry does not want you to know this".
Vicky then proceeded to hold a coffee cup up the camera.
"Do you see what this is?", she said, "This is Greek coffee".
Vicky explained that she drinks a cup of Greek coffee every morning "for the anti-oxidants".

However, drinking the coffee is not Vicky's beauty secret.
She went on to say that after drinking the coffee, she does not wash the cup out and instead takes it in the shower with her.
After washing her hair and body, the wellness guru said she puts a bit of hot water on her face, pours the coffee into her hand and then rubs it on her face to exfoliate.
"I do this every single day", Vicky said.
"So, don't dump your coffee."
Vicky added that you must use Greek coffee to try out her method as the grounds are much finer than other types of coffee.
In a second video, Vicky demonstrated her method again, but this time added oil and salt to the coffee, before massaging it into her face.
She explained that many treatments for cellulite contain caffeine and assured viewers that her coffee method would help to get rid of the skin condition.
She said: "You'll be amazed after a few weeks what happens to your skin".
TikTok users rushed to the video's comments section to praise Vicky for her beauty hack.
One user said: "I’ve been doing this ever since your last video on it, it’s been part of my routine since! Thank you".
Another user said: "You are amazing with all your helpful videos. Thank you!"
