THOUSANDS of users are experiencing issues accessing Plusnet.
Over 20,000 Plusnet customers reported outages with the internet service just after 4:30 pm GMT, according to Downdetector.
A majority of the reported problems are associated with the landline internet, however, 14% of customers have no signal, while 11% are in total blackout.
London, Edinburgh, Briston, Birmingham, Manchester, and Watford are experiencing the most reports.
