A MOTHER and daughter duo have made fitness a family affair.
The pairing felt the burn as they took on leg day together at their local gym.
In her video, Julia Perfetto (@juliaperfetto) gave her audience an insight as she took her mother along for a workout.
"I brought my mom to train legs with me," the TikToker explained to her followers.
Julia and her mother showed off their impressive physiques as they posed in front of the mirror before starting their leg exercises.
While Julia wore a pink cropped tank top and gray leggings her mother modeled a matching dark green set.
For the first step of the workout routine, Julia squatted while lifting a 45-pound barbell on her shoulders.
Her mother carried out a similar exercise with a 20-pound weighted barbell.
The older woman also added leg lunges to her version of the workout.
Next, Julia did a barbell bent-over row with 40-pound handheld weights.
The fitness fanatic ensured that she kept her stance wide as she carried out the move.
Meanwhile, Julia's mother placed a 55-pound barbell over her hips as she raised them.
"She killed it," Julia concluded in the caption of the clip.
Her followers took to the comments section to share their thoughts on the pair's workout.
