My trick helped me lose 40 lbs while eating endless rice – sometimes I want it every day, you have to make it stretch
A WEIGHT loss guru has revealed her hack for shedding 40 pounds while eating her favorite side dish.
She said you can eat rice every day, but the trick is making it stretch.
TikToker Jada Fuller (@digitaljada) made a video about not depriving yourself while on a fitness journey.
She said you can "eat endless rice and still lose weight."
"I was trying to find ways to eat what I love, but make it stretch," she told her followers.
The trick is to add vegetables — like cauliflower — to a serving of your carb of choice.

"A hack that I love is to add one serving of rice and add it to a vegetable," she said.
Jada doesn't pretend that it tastes the same.
"Now, of course, no, it's not the same as rice. Nothing's gonna be the same as rice," she admitted.
But the goal is to satisfy your craving with the food you love and fill up on food that is low-calorie so you're not hungry.
"You add as much or as little as you want, you still get your rice, and you're gonna be full," she said.
Instead of cauliflower, you can also use cabbage or broccoli. That's "so low in calories," she said. "Like 20 to 30 calories max, per serving."
Jada said sometimes she would go through bags of sliced cabbage because she was craving rice every day on her weight loss journey.
Her "biggest hack" of all was to top the dish with low-calorie teriyaki sauce.
People in the comments section loved Jada's advice.
"I lost 25 pounds in 3 months substituting rice with cauliflower," one person said.
"Yes volume eating has been a game changer for me," a second wrote.
"The rice hack with some black beans and chicken…I’m sold," a third added.
Volume is a successful way to lose weight, according to Health.com.

"Eating a larger amount of food that is naturally lower in calories can help you feel fuller while maintaining a calorie deficit," they said.
The outlet noted it's important to also focus on getting all the nutrients you need, too.
