I found a $13.99 Costco dupe for a $118 Lululemon buy – it goes up to size 3XL online, I may get one in every color
AN expensive look on a budget can be achieved thanks to a $13.99 Costco dupe.
It's a dead ringer for another fashion item from Lululemon. But their version is far pricier $118
Costco's version comes in an impressive range of sizes, going all the way up to a 3XL online.
It was so tempting, Cosco and Sams Club Mama (@costoandsamsclubmama) was inclined to get one in every color.
She has 11,000 followers on her TikTok, where she takes the hard work out of finding fashion deals for viewers.
But she is at pains to point out that there is "no affiliation" here.
This is an honest-to-goodness attempt to find dupes that place less demand on the wallet.
In her post, she tried on the first of three colors: “Costco has Danskin Ladies’ cozy half-zip pullover for only $13.99," she said in her post.
She continued: “This sweater is an amazing dupe for the Lululemon Scuba half-zip for a fraction of the price."
There was every reason to run to Costco now: “Available in-store and online in three color options, blue, beige, and green [teal] in sizes XS to 3XL.”
There was very little to distinguish it from its more expensive version: “Very comparable to Lululemon half zip Scuba."
She figured it was true to size and liked the detailing.
"It has kangaroo pockets and thumb holes. A half zip with a high neckline for extra warmth, and a good length in the back. Love all the stitch detailing."
There was no doubt in her mind that it was a winner: “A fraction of the price of the Lululemon version."
It was an adaptable sweater too: “Made by Danskin, [it is] perfect for fitness and everyday casual wear."
But don't consider your options for too long. This offer is on now.
“It's $4 off $13.99 in-store and is also available online for $15.99 in all three colors. Such a great deal," she said.
So much so, that she could be heading back there soon: “I might go back and get one in every color. Such a great deal.”
Commenters were in agreement: this was a good buy.
