CRISTIANO RONALDO and Georgina Rodriguez hit the beach for a workout in the Saudi sun.
Portugal play Sweden tomorrow night - but CR7 won't feature as he has been handed an extended rest by manager Roberto Martinez.
He will join up with the squad afterwards for their next friendly versus Slovenia on Tuesday.
Therefore, Ronaldo enjoyed a well-deserved break by escaping the busy city of Riyadh to unwind on the Saudi Arabian Red Sea coast at the luxury Ummahat Island resort.
The Al-Nassr star and girlfriend Georgina both stripped down to their swimwear as they built up a sweat by running on the sand.
Ronaldo, 39, then went for a dip in the sea before the couple played with all his kids at the beach.

Cristiano Jr, 13, twins Eva and Mateo, 6, Alana, 6, and baby Bella, 1, were all there.
She captioned the post: "Love in paradise. We keep discovering Saudi Arabia."
Ronaldo posted similar snaps, saying: "Recharging in Saudi Arabia with the family."

The legend could soon be spending much more time with his kids after Georgina recently hinted he could retire within the next two years.
At Paris Fashion Week last month, as she stunned in a Ronaldo-inspired outfit, the model was overheard telling a friend: "Cristiano one more year, then it’s over. Maybe two, I don't know."
His contract expires at Al-Nassr in the summer of 2025.
Ronaldo has previously expressed his desire to play into his 40s.
